We are sourcing for a full-time permanent Bookkeeper for an industrial solutions provider to be based in Tullamarine.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform full-cycle accounts receivable and payable tasks.

Manage BAS, banking, reconciliation, inventory, fixed assets, and cash.

Prepare accurate monthly financial reports.

Generate statements of accounts for customers with precision.

Prepare for year-end audits and annual reports.

Handle supplier payment preparation.

Conduct variance analysis on revenue, margins, and expenses.

Identify and implement accounting process improvements.

Additional Responsibilities:

Customer Service: assisting the team with inbound calls, emails, order entry, and freight calculations and bookings.

Assist with office administration tasks, including filing and upkeep.

Maintain effective communication and establish strong relationships with suppliers.

About you:

✔️ Demonstrated professional bookkeeping experience.

✔️ Proficiency in managing accounts receivable/payable, BAS, banking, and reconciliation.

✔️ Proficiency of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

✔️ Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics AX or similar accounting software would be advantageous but not essential.

✔️ Excellent communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.

✔️ Highly responsible, motivated, self-driven, and consistently maintain a professional attitude.
